1. General Provisions

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern the use of the Zoory mobile application (the "App") operated by DVL Group s.r.o., registered office Bílkova 864/13, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic, Company ID: 24085171 (the "Operator").

By downloading, installing and using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Zoory is a mobile application for pet owners that provides:

  • Search for veterinary clinics and other pet-friendly places on a map
  • AI chat advisor for general pet care questions
  • Document management (vaccination cards, vet reports, etc.)
  • Pet profiles with health records
  • Calendar with reminders

3. Registration and User Account

  • Registration via email address is required for full use of the App.
  • Users are required to provide truthful and current information.
  • Users are responsible for securing their account and credentials.
  • Users can delete their account at any time in the Settings section.

4. Usage Rules

Users agree to:

  • Use the App in accordance with applicable laws
  • Not upload inappropriate, illegal or harmful content
  • Not misuse the AI chat advisor for purposes other than pet care
  • Not compromise the security or functionality of the App

5. AI Advisor — Disclaimer

⚠️ Important notice: The AI Advisor in the App provides general informational advice only. It does not constitute veterinary advice or diagnosis. In case of health problems with your pet, always contact a qualified veterinarian.

The Operator is not liable for decisions made based on the AI Advisor's recommendations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content of the App including design, logo, text and graphics is protected by the Operator's copyright. Users may not copy, modify or distribute content without prior written consent.

7. Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Service Availability

The Operator strives to ensure continuous availability of the App but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Operator reserves the right to temporarily limit availability for maintenance, updates or technical issues.

9. Termination

  • Users can stop using the App at any time by deleting their account.
  • The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Czech courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
